Identity Escrow

Kalynto maintains your identity in escrow until you choose to proceed. Your personal identifying information is never shared with lenders until you explicitly opt-in to reveal your identity. Your financial documents are processed within the platform's AI pipeline and are never shared with lenders until you authorize distribution.

Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly when using the platform, including financial data, asset descriptions, and supporting documentation. We also collect usage data, authentication logs, and audit trails for security and compliance purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption, access controls, and audit logging to protect your information. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your information. When you choose to engage lenders, we share your identity and a concise PFS with the curated slate you and your advisor approve. Full documentation is shared only with lenders you explicitly shortlist.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
