Platform Nature

Kalynto is a technology platform facilitating confidential information sharing and structured term discovery. We are not a lender, broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary. We do not provide credit, investment advice, or recommendations.

Informational Only

All platform outputs are informational and non-binding. Indicative terms from lenders are subject to KYC, credit approval, documentation, and market conditions. No outputs from the platform constitute commitments, offers, or guarantees.

Identity and Consent

Your identity remains confidential until you explicitly choose to proceed and reveal your information to shortlisted lenders. By selecting lenders, you consent to sharing your full lender dossier with those lenders.

Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your dossier and promptly updating any material changes.

No Guarantee of Results

Kalynto does not guarantee that you will receive financing, favorable terms, or any specific outcomes. Lender participation, EOI submissions, and final terms are at each lender's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Kalynto is not liable for any decisions made based on platform outputs, lender responses, or third-party actions. You agree to hold Kalynto harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
